Sunset Villa 2 is nestled on the hills overlooking the picturesque Stoupa and Aghios Nikolaos, Sunset Villas offer guests a front-row seat to the breathtaking views of Messinian Bay. These fully air-conditioned stone villas are designed in the traditional Mani style, blending timeless charm with modern comfort.
Sunset villa 1 accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring 3 elegantly appointed double bedrooms and 2 well-designed bathrooms. Both villas boast their own private infinity pool, perfect for relaxing while soaking in the stunning surroundings.
The main bedroom is located on the ground floor, with direct access to the patio and pool, while the other two double bedrooms open onto an upstairs patio, allowing for both privacy and shared moments. Sunset Villa 2 & The Mani
Just an hour’s drive from Kalamata Airport, you’ll be treated to dramatic coastal vistas as you journey through charming villages, heading towards the stunning region of The Mani. Kalamata (KLX) is easily accessible with frequent flights from most European cities, available from May to November. Alternatively, you can fly into Athens (ATH) and enjoy a scenic 2-3 hour drive to Kalamata.
As you travel along the well-maintained motorway, you’ll pass lush vineyards, expansive olive groves, and quaint farms, immersing yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the Peloponnese landscape. The drive is an experience in itself, offering a glimpse into the timeless charm of this captivating part of Greece.

Our villa features two beautifully appointed bathrooms. The first, located downstairs next to the master bedroom, includes a bath, shower, toilet, and basin, with ample cupboard and shelf space for lotions, cosmetics, and personal items. The second bathroom, situated upstairs to serve the two additional bedrooms, also includes a shower, toilet, and basin, with generous storage for all your essentials, ensuring both convenience and comfort throughout your stay.
BEDROOMS
The villa offers three spacious bedrooms, comfortably sleeping six guests. The master bedroom features a luxurious super king-size bed, while the other two rooms each have two single beds that can be converted into king-size beds upon request. All beds are extra length for added comfort, and each room is thoughtfully equipped with a dressing table and hairdryer, designed with the ladies in mind. Crisp white percale linen enhances the restful atmosphere, ensuring a luxurious sleep experience.
