Terms and Conditions for
Sunset Villas
Your contract is with George & Gail Compton (“we”, “us” and “our” in these Booking Conditions) for the property known as SUNSET VILLAS (“the Property”). References to “you” or “your” are references to the person making the booking and all members of the holiday party.
Booking and Payment
To book a stay, you are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the rental amount to secure the booking. The remaining balance of 50% is to be paid no later than eight weeks prior to arrival.
We accept payments via electronic bank transfer.
Your booking is confirmed when you receive our emailed confirmation of receipt of your deposit.
Your booking is made as a consumer for the purpose of a holiday and you acknowledge that no liability can be accepted for any business losses however suffered or incurred by you.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing as soon as possible.
If you cancel your booking within seven days of receiving our written booking confirmation, we will refund the balance of any money you have paid us.
Thereafter, if you cancel your booking more than eight weeks prior to the Arrival Date, we will retain the Initial Deposit and refund the balance of any money you have paid to us.
If you cancel your booking less than eight weeks prior to the Arrival Date, we reserve the right to retain the Initial Deposit and the balance of the Rental, unless we are able to secure an alternative booking for the Property.
If WE need to cancel your booking we will contact you as soon as is reasonably practical and inform you of the cancellation or the change to your booking and, if it is necessary to cancel your booking, we will refund the balance of any money you have paid us.

Guest Responsibilities
Please respect the villa and keep it clean.
You are responsible for any damage caused by any member of your party during your stay.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
Pets are not allowed.
Please keep and leave the Property and the furnishings, kitchen equipment, crockery, glasses, linen and towels clean and in good condition, and free from suntan lotions and sun product stains.
Please take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal property. No liability to you is accepted in respect of damage to or loss of such property.
You agree not to cause any damage to the walls, doors or windows of the Property, nor to do anything that may be reasonably considered to cause a nuisance or annoyance to us or to any other occupier of the neighbouring property.
You cannot allow more people to stay in the Property than expressly authorised.
Use the villa’s facilities including the pool and BBQ at your own risk.
Liability
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost items during your stay.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we use your information.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
